The Founder and Co-Founder are responsible for planning marriage enrichment, supporting and advising RRMFC teams, and communicating the latest trending hot topics for marriage maintenance.

The Enrichment Leads are responsible for plans and coordinates activities, workshops, and resources that strengthen marriages, encourage healthy communication, and create meaningful opportunities for couples to connect, grow, and thrive together.

The Events Leads are responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of RRMFC events, coordinates event details, delegates tasks, and ensures events run smoothly.

The Events Team is responsible for supporting the events leads with event setup, decorating, activities, logistics, and other assigned tasks to help create successful and memorable RRMFC events.

The Marketing Leads are responsible for all of the advertising for the group, events, designing of RRMFC merchandise, and  maintaining our social media platforms.

The Marketing Team is responsible for promoting RRMFC and its events, assisting with the design and promotion of RRMFC merchandise, creating engaging content, and helping maintain an active and consistent presence across all social media platforms.

The Marriage Liaison serves as a dedicated point of connection and support for our married couples.
